  1. Official transcripts from previously attended institution(s) - A completed bachelors degree is required by the start of the post baccalaureate program
  2. 500 word statement of purpose
  3. Resume
  4. Minimum of 1 letter of recommendation which must be academic
  5. Additional items as needed for international applicants

Statement of Purpose
Submit a 500 word Statement of Purpose.
Please write and attach a Statement of Purpose detailing your interest in pursuit of a career in the health or education professions.  Please be sure to include experiences you have had that have helped you make this decision and what you as an individual will bring to the program.
