Please note that as a Rosemont student, you will be required to submit a Physical Form signed off by your family physician, proof of Immunizations which MUST include the Meningitis Shot. If you’re a residential student, you will also be asked to complete housing contract and emergency contact information. Please reach out to sasc@rosemont.edu if you have any questions about these requirements.
